The Gardens RV Village is a luxury, RV retirement subdivision of almost 200 homes, each with an attached RV garage, atop the majestic Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee. Most of our neighbors are retirees and all of us share one passion: love of the RV lifestyle! Because we are all RVers, we travel, socialize and sometimes, just plain relax. We believe we’ve found the best way to stay youthful and active. And when we’re ready to visit the grandkids, spend January in Florida or trek to the Northeast in August, the trip is generally within less than a day’s drive. Whether you drive a Class A motor home, a fifth wheel or pull a towable, you will enjoy the ideal mountain views and fresh air of the Plateau that is so reminiscent of the Smokey Mountains and the Appalachians. Our homes range from cozy, single-bedroom units to huge custom built homes with swimming pools and built-in spas.
