Smoky Mountain KOA is an RV resort that caters to large rigs. There are currently no other RV parks in the immediate area that cater specifically to large RVs. Our beautiful 16 acre resort will be conveniently located on Hwy 321 in Cosby, TN.

Our average RV site will be approximately 2,500 square ft. The normal site size for other campgrounds in the area is less than 1,000 square ft.

Each site will be a full hook-up site including water, sewer, electric, and cable. Because the land the resort will be built on has never been disturbed, we will be able to offer a park like setting with old-growth trees, yet new amenities. This is something no other campground in the area can offer. We will be located just 15 minutes from Newport, I-40, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge.

Our resort directly borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. One of the most popular trail heads will be conveniently located just a short walk down a gravel road from our resort.
