We are a 7 acre RV Park, not a mobile home park.. we have RV’s and tent campers, pop-ups etc. Our property joins I-40 at exit 68… we have 20 pull thru spots approx. 75 ft. long that have water, sewage and elec. both 30 amp and 50 amp, we have back in spots that are 30 amp with elec. and water, these are large also and can accommodate large units that do not need sewage. We also have numerous tent sites that are primitive, but if a guest wants water and elec. we can let them put up a tent in the back in spots.

In our office there is a recreation room, with books to exchange, tables for games, tables for meals when we have clubs meetings and a cozy couch to read and use our Wifi.

We are in walking distance of a con. store and a restaurant and a Subway..we have a swimming pool that is open Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Other amenities include on site Laundry and bath houses that have 2 showers in each and these are open 24/7.

We are the only solely RV Park in the Jackson area the rest are mobile home parks that take some RV’s

The sites all have a grass patio where you can have chairs and a bbq pit and visit with others some have trees and some don’t, it is quite beautiful in the fall with my maples turning.
